Andrew Morrow
Andrew’s remarkable 24-year career began with Hyatt Hotels. There, he rose to head chef working in some of the world’s most iconic hotel properties and independent restaurants internationally and in the UAE.
Andrew brings to Comida an exceptional portfolio of specialist knowledge and experience in all aspects of the hospitality food and beverage industry whether from menu planning, creation and engineering to an ability to comprehensively review back of house operations and services.

development including front of house and back of house design reviews, asset and project management of new F&B developments, Andrew leads his team in assisting every client project to achieve their goals

Charbel Boutros
Having gained his primary experience in Canada and Lebanon prior to moving to the UAE in 2004, Charbel has since acquired diverse, deep experience in more than 35 countries where he has worked on developments ranging from acquisition advisory to cutting-edge F&B concepts.
Charbel is responsible for the management of a portfolio of new and existing hospitality projects, managing a complex team of specialist consultants with assignments ranging from top-line strategic advisory and oversight of architectural concepts to asset management and project management through the whole gamut of hospitality services.
With a unique combination of specialist capabilities in Investment Strategy, Financial Management and Architecture, Charbel provides significant value and contributions to a number of iconic projects both regionally and internationally.

Jennifer Houchaime
Describing herself as a definite people person who loves hospitality, after graduating from The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management and Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Jennifer began her career in a mass media conglomerate. There she gained an invaluable communications experience in project management and thereafter proceeded to receive a Masters of Sciences from Ėcole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Lille.
Experienced in market research backed with an in-depth, strong knowledge of the MENA hospitality market and its fast-moving trends, Jennifer is a skilled specialist in hospitality advisory and research consulting.
Dynamic and creative, Jennifer brings a rich mix of communication skills, people and project management, public relations strengths as well as insightful analysis based advisory to each project.
